I traveled to Lower Hutt, Wellington for Sandra and Sonny’s wedding. I had booked this wedding well in advanced and was really looking forward to it as I love photographing Samoan weddings. The couple had also booked our video services, so I was really excited about working alongside talented videographer Rowan Strang, as he’s produced some magical work in the past, and I know him quite well while we were studying together at the New Zealand Broadcasting School. We started the day off in Wellington to shoot Sandra getting ready, then drove out to Lower Hutt to get photos of Sonny preparing. Following this we made our way to St Marks, Lower Hutt where the ceremony was held, then traveled to Petone Pier where we had our formal photos. Fa’afetai tele lava mo outou uma lava!
